I started this blog in 2004 when I walked my first Camino in Spain. Since that time I've walked two others, the links are to the left. In between, I've travelled throughout Europe and Africa and most recently the US. I'll be embarking on another long distance walk on the Florida Scenic Train, starting in March of 2019.

Torrox Pueblo
Physical therapy continues and I'm feeling pretty comfortable getting around on the bus to and from Nerja. Linda brought me up to see Torrox Pueblo and have some tapas on the main plaza, which is artfully decorated with colorful umbrellas and a refreshing water feature for the kid in all of us. The pueblo is a bit larger than Frogiliana and not as charming, with some high rise apartments and expanses of concrete.

Beautiful pictures, Margita, including you on three legs. Lots of smoke in the sky from the Gap fire in NoCal west of Yreka but we're hiking further south yet tomorrow and the winds are blowing northward. Should be great!
