I started this blog in 2004 when I walked my first Camino in Spain. Since that time I've walked two others, the links are to the left. In between, I've travelled throughout Europe and Africa and most recently the US. I'll be embarking on another long distance walk on the Florida Scenic Train, starting in March of 2019.

Adam’s Calendar - Kaapschehoop
After breakfast we headed off to the Blue Swallow Game Reserve where Adam’s Calendar is hidden in the mists on the edge of the escarpment overlooking the Barberton Valley. This is one of the earliest stone calendar sites in the world. Michael Tellinger shared his insights and research of the area over the past 8 years and Dean added his own regarding the landscape and energies of this mysterious calendar site. As the sun set we experience the workings of these magical stones as we had our Opening Healing Music of drums, flutes and rhythm instruments. Thereafter we returned to Kaapschehoop Horse Trails for our second night.
