Ebb and Flow Nature Reserve, Wilderness

We visited the  Sacred  Mother  Cave, at the  “Ebb  and  Flow” Nature  Reserve  in  Wilderness  on  the  famous  Garden  Route, the  source  of  Life  and  Nurturance  to  many  over  the hundreds  and  thousands  of  years.  We  check  into  our  wooden chalets  overlooking  the  river,  we  visit  an  ancient  mother Cave  for  a  circle  dance  and  meditation,  reflecting  on  the  ebb and  flow  of  the  tides,  the  balance  of  Nature  and  all  Life.  We remember  this  song,  the  inner  and  outer  landscapes  that surround and enshrine  us.  Chris a local sound healer blessed us with a song and you can learn more about him at sound man.co.za
