I started this blog in 2004 when I walked my first Camino in Spain. Since that time I've walked two others, the links are to the left. In between, I've travelled throughout Europe and Africa and most recently the US. I'll be embarking on another long distance walk on the Florida Scenic Train, starting in March of 2019.

Robberg
After a rainy day yesterday, we were gifted with blur skies and sunshine. We set off for Robbueg to spend some time at the beach and hiking around the headlands. It was an intense day for my ankle, having to do lots of climbing and walking in the sand. Overall I have managed all the walks we've done, but this was by far the most strenuous day. The views and scenery made up for it, though.
